How can I return ordered products?
How can I return ordered products?
Did the products you ordered online not meet your expectations, or did you make a mistake in your selection? You can easily return them at Wellviva or send them back via DHL.
You can generate a return label through your wellviva customer account.

I have not received my dm online shop order yet. When will it be delivered?
As soon as the items you ordered have been packed in our warehouse and are ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment with our delivery partner. Depending on the processing status, the tracking information may only be available after 24 hours.
You can also find the current order status and the tracking link in your wellviva account under "My Purchases".
Sometimes, there may be slight shipping delays. However, if you have not received your package 10 business days after dispatch and there is no delivery date visible in the tracking system, please contact us.
You can easily submit a complaint via your account:
- Go to "My Purchases" and select the relevant order.
- Click on "Report an issue with products" to provide the necessary details for your complaint.

Where can I find the invoice for my online shop order?
The invoice for your online shop order is automatically sent as an email attachment with the shipping confirmation after your package has been packed.
If you need a copy of the invoice, you can download it from your account under "My Account" → "My/ Purchases".
If you placed your order as a guest, please contact the Service Center at: wellviva.eu/contact.
Payment information:
The corresponding payment details are sent separately by third-party payment provider (Paypal, ideal etc) via email.
